     Gel preparation: Hand wash the sea moss with filtered water 3-5 times to clean off all the salt & sand. Put clean sea moss & a couple of key limes (sliced) in a big bowl or pot, add spring water (enough to cover the sea moss) cover it up and let soak for 16-24 hours. After soak process finished remove key limes, put sea moss in your blender with spring water (from soak process not all just enough water to cover the sea moss). Blend for 2 to 5 minutes until smooth. Pour into a glass jar, cover and store it in your refrigerator. Take 2 teaspoons daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. Add to smoothies, food or take plain.
