FASTING FOR THE BODY IS FOOD FOR THE SOUL

Fasting is the true way to heal not only the body but the mind & spirit. Our bodies natural habitat is to heal itself but by over eating & not eating properly causes mucus build up that prevents our cells from working correctly, which leads to sickness & diseases. It’s all linked to our physical and mental health. Fast at least one week every 3 to 4 months (3 to 4 times a year) to release mucus build up (toxins).


*During fasting only eat raw organic foods nothing cooked (fruits, vegetables, herbs, seeds & nuts). Only 3 portions (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) no in between (snacking), no eating late. Smoothies and salads recommended*
